A supertall luxury Residential skyscraper with 90 storeys. It was the World’s Tallest Residential Tower when it was completed in 2012 and got entered into a Guinness World Record. As of 2022, it is the Fourth tallest Building in Dubai and the Sixth Tallest Residential Building in the World. The Tower has 57 swimming pools and each duplex is equipped with its own private elevator.
